Our story
Welcome to Agriturismo Il Barco
I'm Ernesta, and this farmhouse is my home. The estate stretches across five hectares of Umbrian countryside, just a five-minute drive from Spello — one of Italy's most beautiful medieval villages. The renovation preserved the original farmhouse structure, complete with its massive oak beams.
Each apartment is fully equipped and completely self-contained, with its own private entrance. A 6×12 metre pool open from June to September, a garden with barbecue and picnic area.

Prices from. July, August and public holidays +€10. Extra bed +€20. Extra linen +€10. Pets (small/medium) +€15 per stay. Children 0–3: free. City tax €2.50/person for the first 3 nights (exempt: under 12s).
